MEET THE Experts

Josh and Luke are proud to faithfully serve business owners, farmers, and pre-retirees in Northeast Indiana with customized financial plans covering taxes, investments, and peace of mind.

Our Story

Josh Salway started Full of Grace Financial with one goal: to make financial planning accessible and approachable. Too often, people feel overwhelmed by complicated jargon or unsure where to begin. However, our approach is different. We take time to explain options clearly and design practical plans that work in real life.

From day one, we’ve focused on building long-term relationships. As a result, many of our clients come back year after year, trusting us to help them through each stage of life.

Our Commitment to Northeast Indiana

We’re more than just a financial planning firm—we’re part of this community. Whether supporting local businesses, volunteering, or helping farm families protect their legacy, we believe in giving back to the region that has given us so much.

Josh Salway

Josh, the founder of Full of Grace Financial, brings a rich background in education, having spent 15 years as a college-level engineering instructor for dual credit and honors students. In 2019, he made the transition to financial planning, where he now focuses on serving physicians, educators, and small business owners. With a talent for simplifying complex financial concepts, Josh combines his teaching experience with financial expertise to deliver exceptional service to his clients. As the owner of Full of Grace Financial, he continues to provide personalized and comprehensive financial services, always prioritizing integrity and a strong commitment to his clients’ success.

Married to his high school sweetheart, Keri, since 2004, Josh has built a beautiful life with her over the past 19 years. Their joy continues to grow through their five amazing kids: Sophia, Everett, Easton, Elliott, and Emmitt.

In addition to their family life, the couple shares a strong passion for sports, including basketball, football, and baseball. Moreover, their commitment goes beyond just watching the games; they actively participate as dedicated members of the Fort Wayne Guard basketball program.

Furthermore, they proudly attend Emmanuel Community Church in Fort Wayne, where they are deeply engaged in the children’s ministry and the Bible Study Fellowship Program. This involvement underscores their dedication to faith and community connection.

At Full of Grace Financial, Josh skillfully weaves this rich tapestry of family, community, and values into his financial planning practice. By doing so, he ensures a personalized and caring approach for each client, reflecting his commitment to their success.

Luke McQuade

Luke, who has a passion for encouraging and collaborating with others, is excited to begin his financial advising journey with Full of Grace Financial. After working in financial planning and later serving as a Client Service Manager, his desire to provide deeper care and more comprehensive service to clients continued to grow.

With a strong commitment to helping individuals and families meet both their financial and personal goals and thoughtfully integrating faith, Luke is thrilled to align with Josh in shared passions and purpose. He will primarily serve young families and pre-retirees, among others.

Luke, a graduate of Grace College, married the love of his life, Leyna, in 2021. After several moves and Luke’s completion of an MBA from Cedarville University, they are confident they have found their home in Northeast Indiana.

As attenders of Emmanuel Community Church, community investment is central to their values. They are actively involved in a small group and volunteer with the youth ministry, where Leyna also serves as the Youth Ministry Assistant.

Luke and Leyna enjoy staying busy in fellowship through playing pickleball with friends, exploring local coffee shops, and hosting dinners where they share stories, laugh together, and build meaningful relationships.
